Web Attendance
ATRACS is a scalable staff attendance management system, which can grow from a single site to an enterprise wide solution covering many sites all sharing the one database.
Staff record by clocking in using their ID cards, using a Web Browser via the Intranet or by telephone.
Flexible Working Hours schemes as well as fixed hours, annualised hours and rotating and continental shift working are accommodated
Web enabled so staff attendance and manning data is immediately available to supervisors and managers at their desktop PCs via a Web Browser.
Web Browsers enable staff working a Flexitime scheme, if authorised, to view and suggest adjustments to their own time accounts which are then passed to their managers for validation.
