The ATRACS Visitor Status Display lists five colour coded categories of visitors: Visitors who are scheduled to have ended their visit before today but who are still visiting (red on white). Visitors whose visit is in progress and is not scheduled to end until after today (black on green). Visitors who have not yet arrived but are scheduled to arrive today (black on blue). Visitors who have arrived and are scheduled to depart today (black on yellow or, if the visit should have ended by the current time of day, red on yellow). Visitors whose visit ended today. In addition to listing the name of the visitor and the visitor's company, each line of the Visitor Status Display includes an icon showing the current status of the visit and information on the scheduled start / end of the visit.
