Borer's 3D Access Control Models

Actual model of a Access Control System within the commercial property of Borer with 2 floors of 5000 sq ft

One single Midspan Bridge is used to deliver both Power and Data over CAT5e/6 Cables to eight Access Control Door Readers. The below example is a true representation of how our Borer office is securely networked together over one IP/TCP system.

The Midspan Bridge device is secured within a network rack on the 1st Floor.

  • Reader 1 - RED (1st FLOOR FIRE EXIT)
  • Reader 2 - GREEN (1st FLOOR LEFT ENTRANCE)
  • Reader 3 - CYAN (1st FLOOR RIGHT ENTRANCE)
  • Reader 4 - BLUE (Gnd FLOOR BACK DOOR)
  • Reader 5 - ORANGE (Gnd FLOOR LEFT OFFICE)
  • Reader 6 - PINK (Gnd FLOOR RIGHT ENTRANCE)
  • Reader 7 - YELLOW (FRONT ENTRANCE)
  • Reader 8 - PURPLE (OUTSIDE GATE)

Using the same system, more functions can be implemented using the Borer's FUSION software including Time & Attendance, Visitor Management, Alarm Monitoring, Personnel Tracking and more.
