Housing assembly consists of three parts; surface housing, gang blank faceplate and flush mounting bracket. The housing is to securely hold the lock manager where a push-to-exit device is not required. A tamper switch can be installed to monitor interference with the housing unit.

Emergency Push to Exit Break Glass Door Release (Single Pole)

The Emergency door release is for use on doors secured using magnetic door locks, to enable egress in the event of a fire evacuation.

The magnetic lock is wired via the emergency door release so that power to the lock is disconnected when ever the glass is pressed. Normally closed and normally open contacts are provided. When wired for closed circuit operation, the circuit is broken when the glass is pressed.

Premium Heavy Duty Door Release

A heavy duty rim lock release designed to work with push to exit emergency door release used on external fire doors. It has an anchoring system that provides substantial reinforcement on the frame. It is available with latch monitoring if required.

A 1/8" steel space plate is provided om case the rim lock is set too far back from the frame for proper latch engagement and can be used as a template for installation. Does not need to be cut into the frame and features. "Fail Secure" or "Fail Safe" adjustable operation.
